Do you only sell the Northern Territory?

We specialise in travel to the Northern Territory, but we understand that many people also want to travel beyond the NT on their holidays. We also sell holidays to Australia’s North West (Broome and The Kimberleys), as well as accommodation and limited touring in gateway cities such as Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns and Sydney.

You sell The Ghan but do you also sell The Indian Pacific and The Overlander?

Yes, we sell The Ghan, The Indian Pacific and The Overlander. We take great pride in our close relationship with Great Southern Rail and work closely with them to make your life easier.

Are there other products that are not in your brochure?

Our brochure represents a small selection of the holidays and touring product we have available for sale. We have over 2000 commissionable experiences in our system, available through CalypsoNet and available on our website at www.territorydiscoveries.com. We have access to the largest range of Indigenous tours, nature and outback package holidays in Australia. We are constantly adding to our range of holiday ideas throughout the year – as specials come to the market, as new products come on-line, and to keep abreast of what our customers want. If you can’t find it, ask us – we’ll do our level best to make whatever you’re looking for available!

How long does the 2 hour Yellow Water cruise go for?

Well, 2 hours! Seriously, we get asked an amazing number and range of questions – but that’s what we’re here for. There’s no such thing as a silly question!!

How do I find out my Nett owing on a booking?

You can find details about your bookings through CalypsoNet or through Reservations. Make sure you have your invoice/booking number available – it makes things much easier.

How do I get a CalypsoNet Login ?

Documentation issues and resending docs?

Thru reservations You can have copies of your documents resent to you via email – just call reservations with your invoice/booking number and they will be more than happy to assist.
