Once payment has been made, you must forward a copy of the deposit slip or transaction receipt by fax to Territory Discoveries: FAX: 1800 808 666. You could also send a booking message via CalypsoNet.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required within 7 days of booking confirmation. Refer to terms and conditions for detailed information.

Fees

Amendments: Once a deposit has been received, a charge of $30 per amendment will be incurred, in addition to any costs charged by operators. This may be waived if the booking value increases.

Cancellation:

Prior to final payment - no refund of deposit After Final payment - $100 per person plus any costs
